- Your horse must have Proof of Consignment for Said Auction (Scan, and email, or Fax to Robin Ray, 903.523.4040, or USPO, P.O. Box 516, Gordonville, TX 76245).
- Breed and Registration number. If registered in more than one Breed Registry, give Breed, and Registration number for each Registry.
(Look at Showcase Form)
- Name of Sale, City and State, Month, Day, Year, and Day of the Week Auction will be held. Example: XXXXXXXX Sale/Auction, Address, Gordonville, TX, Saturday, 04/21/2010. (Look at Showcase Form)
- Need Picture of your horse by email attachment or send original by mail to be scanned. (Look at Showcase Form)
- YouTube video site, or other video site. (Look at Showcase Form)
- 250 words or less about your horse. (Look at Showcase Form)
- You may/or may not have the Hip #, or the Stall # when you consign your horse. Send this information when you get it from the Auction/Sale to me at a later date, and I will put it in your ad. - Your name (if you wish), email address, and/or your Phone number. (NO WEBSITES)
- Cost $25 to list your horse. NO OTHER COMMISSIONS APPLY.
- Payment can be made by PayPal, Money Order or Cashier's Check. The $50 fee must be paid before horse is listed.
- Persons acting as Agents for Sellers must send The Horses's Agent, or Robin Ray a notarized letter for authorization from the Horse's owner, stating the agent is listing their horse on their behalf. This can done by scan, and email, or fax.
